FINDING YOUR SHELL

The hermit crab was a personal source of inspiration a few years ago in the Maldives. Humans or hermit crabs, we are all tiny beings lost in the grandeur of the universe, and we seek to adapt and find the perfect shell for us to thrive. For us humans, the shell is our physical body, and we aim to live in harmony - or in osmosis - with our shell and with our environment - our cosmos.

My goal in creating Cosmose is to help you identify your objectives of well-being in your environment - one that suits you and your family with your own specific lifestyle.

With a combination of nutritional expertise and personal coaching I will help you define your future and support you in turning your vision into reality. 

The guy who inspired me in 2012 and from which the logo was first created by my friend Chrystel, and recently adapted to my new project by my son Quentin.
